Pok - Scrappy Applique Pets Quilt
Turn unused fabrics or scraps into jaw-dropping unique quilt with fun scrappy applique technique. Put the pet’s silhouette onto the quilt using fabric pieces. This project will make a great gift too!
Materials you will need for this project:
- Pattern (need to purchase),
- Background fabric 1 1/4 yard,
- Backing 1 1/3 yard,
- Batting 50" x 50",
- Collage fabric - scraps (8-12 different prints and/or colors) or 8-12 fat eights,
- Binding fabric 1/2 yard,
- Fusible web 2 yards,
- Lightweight non-woven fusible interfacing 2 yards (for collage foundation),
- Thread matching the collage fabric,
- Transparent (invisible) thread,
- Parchment paper 2 yards,
- Permanent marking pen Black.

Need to purchase pattern for $8.00 from www.shannon-brinkley.com. We are going to work with patterns that medium size. A lot of choices! Please print Pattern instruction and MEDIUM size template pattern before class. Finished size of lap quilt going to be about 42in x 42in.
